Since Eyan decided to leave a review, I decided I might as well too. This school runs off of fear. They don't know how to treat children. Because I was sent here up until the middle of tenth grade I was made a socially awkward teen. I didn't get the same experiences that ever teen should get. I was in an overly controlled environment and couldn't even hug my boyfriend at the time without getting demerits. The uniforms are a joke and only made us want to rebel even more. When a situation that wasn't any of the school's business happened, they automatically wanted to throw me out. Although they knew their "liberty kids" did the exact same thing and never said anything to them. I was treated differently because I didn't go to church there as MANY others were too. They're judgmental and childish. Probably the most closed minded group of people I've ever been around in my life. The school made me sick to my stomach. I wish I could rate them a -1 because that's what they deserve. This school caused me so many problems growing up. I wish I would've never been sent there. It is a literal hellhole. The school I'm at now has created more opportunities and enjoyment that I ever got from 11 years at this school. It's an embarrassment to say I ever went there. They don't know how to handle a situation even if it's none of their concern what happened off of school grounds. Even if I do wish I could take it back and never have been in the pointless situation I'm glad it got me out of this school. So thank you for causing so many people problems and heart ache. I hope this brainwashing cult gets shut down before there are any more victims. They make being a Christian miserable. Because of this school I rejected Christ for a long time and wanted to have nothing to do with church or religion. They pushed me away spiritually and that only is sorry on their part. Thank God I went to a true Baptist church that lead me the right way. The parents that send their kids here are also brainwashed. Though I told my parents what happened in class and on school grounds I was never listened to until an actual incident happened. They didn't listen because the authority and teachers make it out to be 100x better than what it actually is. They make it sound like such a safe and healthy environment, but it was the complete opposite. While going there, I was the most insecure I've ever been in my life. As soon as I left, I become confident and secure in myself. As many of my peers who left say the same thing. The teachers discourage you and make you hate it just as much. None of them have actual teaching or person skills because they were all sheltered as kids too and went to horrible colleges. So I most definitely would never send my child here unless you absolutely hate your child and want them to be miserable. Good luck finding another school and church.

I went to this school in second grade, that year was fine because I was little and didn't really understand anything. now I realize what a cult it really was. they brain wash you into thinking things that aren't even true. they say if you are wearing jeans or if you're gay you are going to hell. that's not true at all. the stuff we learn there we don't need in the real world. you can't even get into good colleges only Christian ones because they expect you to come back there and be a teacher. they always told us how bad public schools were and how only sinners went to them, well I guess I'm a sinner because I love my school so much and I'm so glad I got out of here. we have programs at my school for actual jobs and can even go to college early. we have a barn and an hour lunch, we have so much freedom and it's amazing. that's something you would never have at liberty, they don't even have a prom or football which are great things. if you get caught hugging a boy you'll get in trouble, most of the time they wouldn't even let you look at one. find somewhere else to send your kids because this is not the place.

  • Liberty loves all people and it's a "come as you are" atmosphere. It is a spiritual hospital where all that are hurt and wounded will find healing. Please visit for yourself. My family and I have attended now for 2 years. We love the services and the music.

  • Liberty Christian School is a well rounded school.I have went to this school for 11 years of my life. There is always a bad apple in the bunch so I cannot say that I enjoyed every teacher. For the most part this place has pretty good teachers. When I first attended here there were a few teachers who were not the best and some trouble in the faculty. Over the years that I have spent there they have gotten better and better. Every school has its quirks and no school is perfect. Mr Ketner was one of my favorite teachers/principals there. He always treated me with respect and fairness, as he did everyone else. And there are many others that I could mention but if you send your child here I can promise you that there will be teachers here that truly care about your child. They are a smaller school so they will have a more one on one contact with your child. They are willing to help your child to succeed in the academic curriculum. Out of all the years I have spent there and as many times I have had a bad experience, there is more than double of the good ones. They are always trying to do what they believe is best for your child. I have met many great people and many of my friends there and will always be grateful for what this school has done for me.
