  My daughter was killed in a tragic accident in 2009. They provided nothing but professional services. They conditioned my babies skin, and it was as if she was alive in the casket. They ordered the flowers for the casket for me, all I had to do was choose the colors, and give them the okay.Mrs. Pam also guided me through the process of grief, and I must say that I felt ROYAL on a day of grief because of so much respect that was displayed to me and my family.   Our family was truly pleased with the services and support provided by the staff at Burthey Funeral Services. Pam did an excellent job of helping us with every detail of the planning and arrangements. Her attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and knowledge of local resources made the whole process run smoothly. We really felt supported by her and the staff from start to finish.
  
  In addition to the funeral arrangements, the staff did a fantastic job presenting the body of our loved one. They requested pictures and they really made our loved one look as we remembered her. They are truly gifted in this area.
  
  The day of the service, the Burthey staff was on-time, professional, and respectful of our needs and wishes. Grover did an excellent job facilitating the process and made travel from our home to the church to the grave site a smooth process. They ushered our family throughout the process so we did not have to think about anything but celebrating the life of our loved one.
  
  We really could not have picked a better funeral service to plan and execute the services for our loved one. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a professional, affordable, experienced, and well-run funeral service.

  They have NO SENSE of urgency!! I recently had to do business with them and they were terrible. They brought the white flowers to my house the day after the funeral, They didn't bring chairs nor the stand for the book to my house for people to sign. They didn't show any sign of sympathy for me or my family. We weren't a priority to them they were constantly rescheduling our meetings and saying "come back later, we aren't ready." Next time my family has to deal with a funeral home we won't be going to them!

  The services provided by Burthey Funeral Services are done with care, respect, and attention to details and the needs of the family. They take care of all your needs and they do it with class. Their services continue on well after the funeral is over. Thank you for all you do during a tough time of loss and afterwards. You don't know what is means to be able to call and have a voice on the line that cares.

  Excellent experience.....very caring,
  and patience. Extremely knowledgeable. It was a large and involved funeral and they helped us with so many details and had great suggestions. Helped the family to be less stressed
